Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Shipping Locations

Thabero LLC currently ships to the United States and select international locations. If shipping is available to your country, the option will appear at checkout.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Thabero LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Thabero LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, you may contact our support team.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Thabero LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
